When you become a paying customer, we also collect billing contact and payment details, which are handled by our payment processor.

How we use information

We do not use customer business data processed through the platform to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any generally available machine learning model, and our agreements with our AI subprocessors prohibit them from doing so. Sharing and disclosure

We share personal information with subprocessors and service providers who help us operate our website and platform, including cloud infrastructure, data warehousing, AI, email delivery, and payment processing. We share information with professional advisors under confidentiality obligations, and with government authorities when required by law or legal process. In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our website and platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices.
